- Dibutuhkan 2 siung bawang putih.
- Siapkan 1 ruas jari jahe.
- Siapkan Saus Pad Thai (lihat resep).

- Bersihkan udang, ayam dan tahu, siapkan bumbu uleg dan kulit pangsit.
- Haluskan ayam fillet, udang dan tahu dan jadikan satu.
- Uleg bumbu halus dan iris daun bawang.
- Campur adonan dan berikan saus tiram, kecap ikan dan minyak wijen, aduk rata.
- Ambil kulit pangsit, beri adonan dan bentuk seperti gyoza. Sisa gyoza bisa disimpan di frezeer.
- Panaskan wajan anti lengket, masukkan gyoza, goreng sampai bawahnya kecoklatan.
- Beri air sedikit dan steam selama kurang lebih 3 menit buka tutup dan beri minyak wijen.
- Setelah air kering angkat gyoza dan sajikan dengan saus pad thai.
